In order to be placed on the IronHeadCycle waiting list for engine rebuilds or total bike builds you must fill out and submit this form. A telephone call, text message or email WILL NOT secure a spot on the waiting list. By submitting this form you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions as stated on the following web page: https://www.ironheadcycle.com/pages/prices.html. You will be contacted no less than four weeks prior to the anticipated starting date for your project. A 50% (approximate) deposit will be required at that time. If you are unable to deliver within four weeks you will be bypassed.
