A customer bike completely refurbished. Except for the bare aluminum on the cases and the gas tank pretty much all surfaces have been powder coated. The engine has been completely rebuilt and has a belt drive primary. The rear brake has been converted to disk using a Triumph caliper. The sprocket has cushioned mount bolts, the rear brake pedal assembly was hand fabricated. The bike has been rewired, forks rebuilt, all the bearings cleaned/repacked or replaced, all new brake lines, all rebuilt brake cylinders. And it runs great...
On a side note... I recently found this bike pictured on an Italian website: http://www.1957legend.it/2019/04/black-xlch.html, he stole these pictures and did not give me credit for the pictures or building the bike.
