This is a customer’s 1977 Ironhead Harley Sportster built to order. That order was to build him rat rod sort of bike with a sissy bar to be made out of drive chain, and, oh yeah, don’t paint the tin. This bike features a Paughco frame and front end. Twenty-one inch front wheel laced to original HD hub and utilizing original front brake. There are many hand made parts including the drive chain sissy bar, drive chain license plate holder and drive chain kicker pedal. The bike has a hydraulic clutch which really works great. The front brake master cylinder is now matched to the hydraulic clutch master cylinder and the feel and stopping power of the front brake is greatly improved over the stock HD system. Of course the engine/trans was rebuilt. This bike is a true one-kicker.
